and the actual sale price is determined by the seller. The seller has the right to accept or refuse any offer.

2.- I also understand that any estimated sales time is based on past sales history and no guaranteed time frame

can be given in selling a property.

3.- There is no Guarantee that your Timeshare property/travel club/membership/campground period can be sold

at any particular price or within any particular period.

4.- Both parties agree that on or before 30 days after the expiration of this listing agreement seller must notify

Worldnet if the property is no longer available for sale; otherwise Worldnet will renew your listing agreement for an

additional 12 month period and charge a non-refundable fee of $99.00 to your credit card
