Deeded Week
for each week purchased, you will receive a Warranty Deed and you are entitled to the exclusive right to use a condominium for one period of eight days and seven nights each year(subject to fixed or floating use) and the right to use the common elements of the resort during theat period.
The week may be scheduled from Saturday to Saturday in the South Wing or from Sunday to Sunday in the North Wing.
If you own a floating week, both the week and the Unit float. This means that you can reserve your vacation week at the Grand Seas diring any of the 44 floating weeks Reservations may be made no more than 365 days nor les than 30 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be given the type floor plan you purchased.
If you own a Special event week, you are guaranteed both the unit and the week recorded on your deed.

In addition to your deeded week, you have been given a bonus use acknowledgement entitling you to additional time at the Grand Seas Resort each year at the discount rates for owners.
Bonus time may be booked by the week or by the day. Although a minimum of a three mights stay is required to get the lowest daily rate, owners may stay for one or two nights for jus $10 more per night.
bonus time may be booked no more than 14 days in advance and is based on space availability. Any size unit may be requested for Bonus Time, and owners have the right to book bonus time for immediate Family members with out coming themselves.
Exchanging your week at the grand seas to go to another resort is easy, always call grand seas reservation first thell them you want to exhange your week they will assign you a red week for trading purposes. you can then choose to deosit first or the request first.
